Purity, innocence, love and passion – it’s all about roses. Quite common worldwide, this tender flower has a special meaning and symbolism in almost every country and religion. And most of these symbols in one way or another connect Rose with a Woman. From Greek Aphrodite to the Christian Virgin Mary, roses were used to illustrate the Femininity itself. Can it be because of the softness of rose petals, so reminiscent to women’s skin? Or shall we blame the opulent scent, sweet and emotive? We don’t know exactly.
What we know for sure, is that despite old romantic aura, modern roses are not for the tender princesses only. They are for everyone: warriors, careerists, poets and weirdos. They are for Women.
